Order Tracking
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes the
summary of your order with all the details. listing your items and the location of which country
each order will be shipped, This email does not mean that the order has been processed, it is to
confirm that your order is being reviewed by the merchant.
Once the order is reviewed, processed and accepted by the merchant, you will receive a shipment
confirmation email that includes your Airway Bill Number. Which is a sequence of numbers and
letters designated by your selected shipping company.
You can track your order by any of the following methods:
1. Through the platform of our courier partner using the Airway Bill number using found in
the confirmation email
2. Using the URL found in the shipment confirmation email if available
3. Contacting us on our customer support email customersupport@sheyaaka.com
4. Chatting with us through our live chat portal
Note that you will receive a separate email that includes a summary of your order along with the
shipment details for each order shipment or partial shipment.
