Shipment Fees & Multiple Deliveries
To speed up the delivery process, items from your order will be delivered to you in multiple
shipments. This happens mainly when your order includes items from multiple merchants. If you
purchased items from one merchant only, then you will receive the whole order in one shipment.
Please note that shipping fees will be calculated only ONCE at checkout. Even if your order is
delivered in multiple shipments, you will not be required to pay these fees again.
Once the order has been shipped from the merchant, you will receive a shipping confirmation
email that includes a summary of the items you purchased, including a unique AWB number that
you can use to track your order.
It is important to know that situations may occur with the merchant you purchased from, which
may lead to delaying your shipment. But don’t worry we will notify you of any potential delays
in your shipment.
