Refunds
Our customers can apply for a refund in one of two ways:
1. Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel their order and get the full amount back if the order was canceled prior to
shipping (within 24 hours of making the order)
2. Items return – Returned items must adhere to our return policy
Once your return has been received and accepted by the merchant you purchased from, your
refund will be processed, excluding the delivery costs. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the
internal processing of the refund; bank to bank processing time may take an additional 14
business days. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed back to the payment method used
initially by the customer. Customers can also request their refund to be credited to their Sheyaaka
account. For COD orders, the amount will be refunded to the customers account.
We’ll keep you updated every step of the way! You can follow the return of your package with
our courier using the tracking number on your return label, or you can check the status in My
Account under -> Orders -> Refunds.
Keep in mind that you can request a refund in the form of Sheyaaka credit. The refunded amount
will be automatically applied at checkout the next time you place an order.
Defective items
It is our plan that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with
your purchase. If you receive an item that is defective, flawed, or damaged, or if the item
doesn’t quite match the description on site, you can request a refund by selecting by logging into
your account under “My Orders” -> “Refund”, or by contacting
customersupport@sheyaaka.com.
